Wouldn't be the first time I've done it, though it would be the first time under the new governance model. I didn't really think too hard about it since it's just the initial posting and I suspect it's going to be entirely uncontroversial.

If it matters, I'm happy to be BDFL-delegate (arguably, this is an interop spec, so that may make sense anyway). I agree it's likely to be uncontroversial - although I'd still expect some discussion before it's marked final.
