[Bug]: Skipping unsupported servers

预期情况

sing_box balancer should always work, simply skipping unsupported servers and not stopping the connection

实际情况

When I use any sing_box mode like Fallback, Most stable, etc., if the list of subscriptions contains unsupported ones like xhttp or the subscription does not have uTLS, the client stops switching between proxies and simply connects to my ISP :(
