Re-verification/Repeat Application

Hi everyone,

Dear GitHub Education Support Team,

I am writing regarding my GitHub Education verification application.

Following the instructions provided, I have already updated my billing information, enabled two-factor authentication (2FA), and updated my profile information on GitHub. I understand that the next step is to re-upload my student ID for verification.

However, when I return to the application page, the upload button is greyed out and cannot be clicked, which prevents me from uploading my student identification document. Because of this issue, I am unable to continue the verification process.

I am currently a student of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS). My studies are conducted at the Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, which is an affiliated research institute of UCAS.

For your reference, I have attached:

A screenshot of the verification page showing the disabled upload button.
A copy of my student identification document.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or advise me on how I can submit my student ID for verification?
