Swift 4 + Added Features

Hi,

I have migrated the project to Swift 4 and added some features:

• Use digital crown
• Added (edited) WatchShake to project to go to next/previous slide (next motion < 2.0 and > 0.7, back > 2.0)
• Menu Item for enabling and disabling WatchShake
• Fixed macOS App crash
• Added @1x and @2x icons in watchOS icons
  and more

Could you migrate it (and try)?
